Every build starts with something I or someone I work with actually hit. No solutions looking for a problem.

Ship small, then decide
Get it live, watch who uses it, then decide whether it earns more time.

Show the work
The queue, the stage, and every deploy are public. Nothing is dressed up.

Kill or fold what stalls
If a project stops earning its keep, it gets retired or folded into something that does.
